Lionel Lindsay
 Lionel Lindsay (1874 – 1961) was one of the most influential art writers of his generation and renowned for his watercolours and etchings. He had several successful exhibitions in Australia and London during the 1920s. Lindsay was a trustee of the Art Gallery of New South Wales from 1918 to 1929 and knighted in 1941. He is represented by the National Gallery of Australia, all state galleries and many regional galleries.
